What We Do

Cath has a passion for sharing Yoga with those that wish to learn; for some, this means coming to the hut for a private session to help establish a home practice, for others this means attending a group class or extending their knowledge through workshops or retreats. 1-to-1 Sessions

Cath has been trained in the art of 'viniyoga' which is the adaption of Yoga for the individual. Based on your goals and working collaboratively, Cath can help you work towards establishing a home practice. Click below to learn more about this process.

This is a chance to meet and discuss your goals before making any commitment to work together. We’ll discuss ways you might be able to establish a home practice and you’ll be asked to do some very simple movements to help me understand your typical range of movement. We’ll discuss options for booking sessions and you will be given time to go away and confirm whether you wish to book.
