Classes are designed around a curriculum so that students develop over the term. Students develop an understanding of yoga postures with particular emphasis on learning how to build strength and flexibility to combat many of our daily habits. We also work towards gaining an understanding of your breath so you can use it as a tool in day to day life; this includes learning basic breathing techniques to help with anxiety, stress and to calm a busy mind.
Classes are inclusive and cater for a range of ages, shapes and sizes (we have many giggles along the way). You do not need to be able to touch your toes to join us!
